Zillmere Senior Housing

Designed in collaboration with community-based housing organisation, Umpi Korumba, the four units have been designed to work well for climate, respond to the needs of Indigenous seniors living, enable visual and physical connection to the outside, incorporate a native garden to attract birds and local ecology, and reflect the gold and platinum levels of the Livable Housing Design Guidelines. POD provided principal consultant, architecture and landscape architecture services from design, documetation and contract administration through to the end of construction.
