The Least House Necessary

In 2011 POD developed a public education seminar and interactive design workshop called  The Least House Necessary.  It is now a trademarked design philosophy and workshop series. The Least House Necessary challenges participants on their preconceptions of how much house they actually need to live comfortably in the Tropics. The workshop provides information and tools for the public to understand sustainable design. The Least House Necessary has been supported by Cairns Regional Council and James Cook University. It is often booked out, so register early - it’s great fun!
